How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Purchasednewspaper Plumbing wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Purchasednewspaper Plumbing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Purchasednewspaper Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@purchasednewspaper.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Remain Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For disputes about plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
